ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 100 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition in Crl.RC.SR.No.250 of 2025 against the order dated 24.06.2024 made in Crl.MP.No.23741/2024 on the file of Metropolitan Magistrate for Exclusive Trial of CCB Cases relating to cheating cases in Chennai and CBCID Metro Cases, Egmore.

2. The respondents 1 to 3 have not filed counter. Though the reason stated in the accompanying affidavit is not satisfied, in order to give an opportunity to the petitioner, delay is condoned.
