This petition has been filed to modify the condition "to appear and sign before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai instead of T-8 Guduvanchery Police Station in Crl.OP.No.200 of 2023 on 06.01.2023.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
