Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in office order number 88B3/II/TNSTC (VPN) Vellore/2022, dated 28.10.2023 by virtue of which the petitioner transferred from Vellore to Thirupathur and quash the same consequently direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.12.2023. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order for transfer dated 28.10.2023 thereby transferred the petitioner from Vellore to Thirupathur.

2. The petitioner had joined as Record Clerk. The petitioner's wife is a Chronic Patient and she is taken treatment Christian Medical College, Vellore. The petitioner is suffering with four transfer from the year 20212023. Finally he was transferred by an order dated 28.10.2023 from Vellore to Thirupathur. Therefore, the petitioner submitted representation to reconsider the order of transfer.

3. On instructions, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that sofar the petitioner did not report duty either in the earlier place of working or in the transfer place. Further, the petitioner working in the same place for the past ten years.

4. In view of the above, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the respondent dated 28.10.2023. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
