PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the common order dated 31.03.2021 passed by the third respondent in G.A.Nos.9 to 12, 15 to 68, 70 to 86 and 111 to 145 of 2019 and G.A.Nos.15 to 25 and 28 to 72 of 2020, including the petitioner's appeal in P.G.A.No.19 of 2020 and quash the same.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the common order dated 31.03.2021 passed by the third respondent in G.A.Nos.9 to 12, 15 to 68, 70 to 86 and 111 to 145 of 2019 and G.A.Nos.15 to 25 and 28 to 72 of 2020 including the petitioner's appeal in P.G.A.No.19 of 2020. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the impugned order was already challenged before this Court by the petitioner Management in W.P.Nos.31571 of 2024 etc., and they were disposed of by this Court on 29.10.2024. When that being so, the petitioner has again filed this writ

petition challenging the very same impugned order which is not maintainable under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and the prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted by this Court.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
