This petition has been filed to call for the records in S.T.C.No.568 of 2012 on the file of the Fast Track Judicial Magistrate No.1, Erode and set aside the order dated 07.09.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.6144 of 2014 and direct the learned Magistrate to give a direction to add charges punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471 and 482 of IPC against the respondent herein in the above complaint.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the matter has become infructuous.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
