C.S. No.820 of 2008 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., This Court is not satisfied with the memo filed by the learned counsel for the plaintiffs dated 09.01.2025. Till date, the expenses incurred by the Advocate Commissioner has not been paid by the plaintiffs. The learned counsel for the plaintiffs seeks some more time for the plaintiffs to make the said payment. If the payment is not made before the next hearing date, the suit will be dismissed for non prosecution.
