BHARATHIDASAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.799 of 2021 IN CRL OP.18775/2020 GOVINDHARAJ [ PETITIONER ] Vs STATE REP BY, [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, GURUBARAPALLI POLICE STATION, KRISHNAGIRI DISTRICT (CRIME NO.815/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.18775 of 2020 dated 07.12.2020 on condition that the petitioner shall stay at Villupuram and report before the inspector of police, town police station, everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crime No.815 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police station.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.JAYACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the Villupuram Town police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18775 of 2021 dated 07.12.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18775 of 2021 dated 07.12.2020 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
