This Writ Petition has been filed seeking quashment of the common order dated 31.03.2021 passed by the 3rd respondent in GA.Nos.9 to 12, 15 to 68, 70 to 86, 111 to 145 of 2019 and in GA.Nos.15 to 25 and 28 to 72 of 2020, including the petitioner's appeal in PGA.No.56 of 2020.
2. Mr.R.Subramanian, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent and Mr.K.Surendran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the 3rd respondent.
3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the 1st respondent, notice to the 1st respondent is dispensed with. 2/4
4. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the impugned order was already challenged before this Court by the petitioner Management in W.P.Nos.31571 of 2024 etc., batch of cases and the same were disposed of by this Court on 29.10.2024.
5. While such being the case, filing the present writ petition challenging the very same impugned order is not maintainable under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition cannot be granted.
6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 18.02.2025 skt NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No 3/4
