ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27425 of 2025 dated 03.10.2025, passed by this Court in para No. 6(b), the

petitioner shall report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate on every Monday to Friday at 10.30 a.m., and before the respondent police on every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27425 of 2025 dated 03.10.2025,in para No. 6(b) is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
