C.M.P.Nos.834 & 842 of 2020 in C.M.A.SR.No.12292 of 2018 V.M.VELUMANI, J.

These petitions are filed to declare the 2nd petitioner in C.M.P.No.834 of 2020/Kavipriya, daughter of Late.Kuppusamy as major and discharge the natural guardian, the 1st petitioner in C.M.P.No.842 of 2020/Elangothai from the guardianship of her daughter Kavipriya.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have produced Higher Secondary Transfer Certificate and Aadhar Card of Kavipriya to prove that she attained majority and he also produced a copy of the same.

3.In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the documents produced, these petitions are ordered accordingly.
