This civil miscellaneous petition is filed to condone the delay of 683 days in representing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.12292 of 2018.

2. In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the delay of 683 days in representing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands condoned and this civil miscellaneous petition is ordered on condition to pay a sum of 2/4

Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) to the Hon'ble Tamil Nadu Chief Minister's Relief Fund (COVID-19) through online, within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, the civil miscellaneous petition stands dismissed automatically.
