O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.22 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent police, for offences under Sections 419, 465, 468, 420 and 120 (b) of IPC, as against the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the first respondent conducted a detailed enquiry and the same was closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and also filed a final report dated 21.09.2018 itself.

3. Recording the above said submission this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

4. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file a protest petition on the receipt of referred charge notice from the first respondent Police.
