ORDER

Seeking a direction to the third respondent to register a case as stated in the complaint dated 30.03.2015 and take appropriate legal action in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.It is seen that the complaint was sent by the petitioner through post to the respondents. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint dated 30.03.2015 is not available with the respondent police.

4.Under such circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to give fresh complaint in person to the second respondent and on such presentation, the third https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and proceed further as per the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
