The petitioner challenges an order of the Tahsildar, Coimbatore North, arrayed as R2 placing lock and seal upon the premises at No.35, Robertson Road, RS Puram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu - 641002.

2. Mr.TNC.Kaushik, who accepts notice for the respondents, would submit that the impugned notice has been withdrawn and the premises have been opened by R2 on 11.02.2022. This Writ Petition is thus rendered infructuous.

3. Recording the aforesaid, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
