A.No.5546 of 2013 and C.S.No.299 of 2002 A.No.5546 of 2013 and C.S.No.299 of 2002 P.T. ASHA, J, The applicant has taken out an application for bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased 3rd defendant as defendants 4 to 11 in the suit.

2.Pending the application, the 4th respondent Ms.Tanjniza Syed died leaving behind the respondents 5 to 11 as her legal heirs. Considering the above, this Application is ordered. The legal representatives of the deceased 3rd defendant are brought on record as the defendants 4 to 11 in the suit.

3.A Memo has been filed by the learned counsel for the 2nd defendant informing that the Original Muthavalli of the 2nd defendant Mr. Syed Ali Ispahani is no more and in this place, Mr.Habib Husain has been appointed as new President and therefore, the name of the 2nd defendant may be 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/

A.No.5546 of 2013 and C.S.No.299 of 2002 P.T. ASHA, J, mps amended. The said Memo is taken on file. The name of Mr. Syed Ali Ispahani is substituted in the name of Mr.Habib Husain as the 2nd defendant Trust. The defendants shall carry out the above amendments and file the amended copy of the Plaint on or before19/01/2021. Post this matter on 20.01.2021.
