W.M.P.Nos.979 and 980 of 2025 in W.P.Nos.6118 and 6119 of 2013 P.T.ASHA, J.

These petitions are filed seeking to substitute the petitioners 2 to 4 as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st petitioner, Gandhimathi in W.P.No.6118 of 2013 and the deceased 2nd petitioner, Srinivasan in W.P.No.6119 of 2013.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides. Though these petitions are not listed today in the cause list, however, the same is in the bundle in W.P.Nos.6118 and 6119 of 2013.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent has no objection in allowing these miscellaneous petitions.

4. Accordingly, these petitions are allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment. Post on 27.01.2025.
