ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the order of the Court of the District Munsiff, Udumalpet dated 19.08.2008 and made in I.A.No.420 of 2007 in O.S.No.76 of 1991 (Sub-Court, Udumalpet).

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the matter has been already settled between the parties. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
