When the matter was listed for hearing on 08.11.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners, hence, the matter was adjourned to 08.02.2019. On that day also, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal" on the next single sitting day. Accordingly, the matter has been listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Today also, there is no representation for the petitioners.

2. Ms.Ashwani, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the suit in O.S.No.75 of 2006 has already been disposed of

on 01.08.2016 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Since consistently, there is no representation for the petitioners, this court has no other option except to dismiss the Civil Revision Petition for non prosecution. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
