O R D E R
(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/wife of the detenu Rajendran, son of P.Venkatachalam, aged about 38 years, to cause production of her husband, before this Court and to set him at liberty.
2.The alleged detenu is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. The petitioner/wife of the detenu is also before us.

3.On enquiry, the detenu told us that due to family dispute, he went away from his house and that there is no illegal detention by anybody and now he is willing to go along with his wife and his two daughters, who are present before this Court. 4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenu that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.
