ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of transfer dated 05.01.2024 passed by the first respondent. 2.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that while pending the writ petition, the petitioner was permitted to join duty from desertion as on 21.02.2024. Accordingly, the petitioner has also joined as Grade-I Police Constable in the transferred place.

Recording the above submissions, this writ petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh representation for transfer and if any representation is made, the authority concerned is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.
