ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents police to register FIR as against the accused in pursuance to the order dated 02.03.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.12448 of 2024 on the file of XIII Metropolitan Magistrate at Egmore and investigate the case in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR was already registered in Crime No.20 of 2025 on 18.01.2025 for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 465, 471 and 120(b) IPC and therefore, there is nothing survives for adjudication. 2/4
