Prayer: Testamentary Original Suit filed under Sections 215 (232) and 276 of the Indian Succession Act XXXIX of 1925 for the grant of Letters of Administration. Against this petition, a caveat was filed on 30.09.1997 by the Caveator above named. The supporting affidavit was filed on 01.10.1997 and the Original Petition has been converted into Testamentary Original Suit No.7 of 2001.

J U D G M E N T

The Testamentary Original Suit is filed for grant of Letters of Administration in respect of the last Will and Testament of the deceased V.Srinivasa Raghavan.

2. The parties 3rd plaintiff as well as the defendants 4 and 5 are present with their respective counsel.

3. Both the learned counsel have filed a joint memorandum of compromise and the same is recorded and also forms part and parcel of the record.

4. Accordingly, this Testamentary Original Suit is disposed of in terms of joint memorandum of compromise .

5. Considering the relationship between the parties, there shall be no order as to costs.
