J U D G M E N T

The criminal appeal has been filed by the appellant against the Judgment dated 02.04.2004, made in S.C.No.494 of 2003, on the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fash Track Court - 2) Chennai, and prays to set aside the same.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant had submitted that the appellant had expired on 18.03.2005 and he produced the death certificate of the appellant.

3. Recording the submission, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed as abated.
