O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against the order dated 15.03.2007, passed in E.A.No.285 of 2006 in E.P.No.65 of 2006,in OS No.98 of 1989, by the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruppur.

2. On 14.11.2019, when the Civil Revision Petition came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that no instructions has been received from the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list and list the matter today under the caption "For dismissal".

3. Though the name of the petitioner printed in the cause list and the matter is posted today for dismissal, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner.

4. Hence, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
