This petition is filed to condone the delay of 164 days in filing the writ appeal.

Heard Mr.U.M.Ravichandran, learned Special Government Pleader for the petitioner and Mrs.Nalini Chidambaram, learned Senior Counsel for Ms.C.Uma, learned counsel for respondent 6/caveator.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there is no serious objection from the respondents, the delay of 164 days in filing the writ appeal stands condoned.
