This revision has been filed to strike down the plaint in O.S.No.4605 of 2009 on the file of the II Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner has submitted that the suit in O.S.No.27 of 2009 has been dismissed for default by the trial Court on 20.04.2016. A copy of the judgment has also been produced. The learned counsel for the third and fourth respondents are also present.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No cost.
