This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.05 of 2015 pending on the file of the first respondent police.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent, on instructions, submitted that after completion of investigation, the respondent police filed charge sheet before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Villpuram and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.160 of 2017. Thereafter, the same was transferred to the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Magisterial Level, Villpuram and taken on file as C.C.No.98 of 2020. The case was posted for appearance of the petitioners on 27.08.2020. 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
for adjudication in this petition and hence, the same is dismissed.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
