These applications have been filed by the plaintiffs to mark the additional documents as exhibits in the above suit.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents/defendants vehemently opposed for allowing this application.

4. However, on being satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the applications and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants, the applicants are permitted to mark the additional documents, however subject to admissibility, relevancy and proof. Accordingly, these applications are allowed.

5. Post the suit before the learned Additional Master I for recording evidence on 28.02.2024.
