The learned counsel for petitioners submitted that the suit has been filed by the plaintiff/respondent herein for claiming the terminal benefits of her late husband who was working in the Neyveli Lignite Corporation (NLC), now the same has been given by the NLC to both the plaintiff/respondent and the defendants jointly.

2. In view of the submission made by the petitioners' counsel, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition for further adjudication and therefore, the same is dismissed as "infructuous" by this Court. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
