ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decretal order dated 30.04.2009 made in I.A.No.12 of 2008 in O.S.No.8 of 2008 on the file of Additional District-cum-Fast Track Court, Dharmapuri. Pending Civil Revision Petition, the suit in O.S.No.8 of 2008 was decreed. Against the same, First Appeal was filed, the same is pending and hence, nothing survives in 2/4

the Civil Revision Petition.

2.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
