O R D E R

This petition has been filed to modify the conditional order passed in Cr.M.P.No.1125 of 2015 dated 30.09.2015 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. This petitioner was arrested for offences under Section 302 IPC and he was released on bail in Crl.MP.No.833 of 2015 by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur, on condition that, he shall report before the respondent police thrice a day for a period, until further orders. The petitioner filed Crl.MP.No.1125 of 2015 and the condition was subsequently modified to the effect that, he should report before the respondent police daily once at 10.30 a.m. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, the petitioner has been complied with the said order and investigation has been completed.

5. Hence, the aforesaid condition is modified to the effect that, the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Udumalpet, on the first working day on every month, until final report is filed.

The petition is ordered accordingly.
