JUDGMENT
By order dated 28.04.2022, notice was issued to the plaintiff in view of the submission of the counsel that he had no further instructions. Pursuant thereto, the bailiff filed a report stating that notice could not be served on the plaintiff, since the plaintiff had vacated from the relevant premises. By recording the same, the Registry was directed to print the name of the plaintiff in the cause list. In spite of doing so, there is no representation for the plaintiff. Therefore, the suit is dismissed for default without any order as to costs.
