THAMILSELVI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.900 of 2022 IN CRL OP.16477 of 2020 1 MUTHUVEDI [ PETITIONERS ] 2 RAJI 3 SABARISELVAN 4 SURESH KUMAR Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, MAHENDRAMANGALAM POLICE STATION, DHARMAPURI DISTRICT (CRIME NO.759 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP.No.2099 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.16477 of 2020 in Cr.No.759 of 2020 by order dated 03.05.2018 to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e. every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.VELMURUGAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.2099 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.16477 of 2020 on 25.02.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified that, till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police for monthly twice i.e. On 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
