Prayer in W.P.No.3028 of 2011:- Writ Petition filed to issue a Writ of Certrorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the first respondent herein in his Ref.No.2861/2008/A1 dated 01.09.2008 placing the Petitioner under suspension and the consequential order passed by the second respondent herein in his Ref.No.9772/2008/A2 dated 31.07.2009 rejecting the Petitioners appeal petition and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to revoke the suspension order passed against the Petitioner with all consequential monetary and service benefits.
