A.Thiyagaraj v. M/S.Sri Ragavendra Coir Products,
W.M.P.No.864 of 2023 in W.P.No.33615 of 2022 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J.
This petition has been filed by 3rd parties to the writ petition seeking permission to implead them as respondents and to put forth certain facts to assist the Court.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, who claimed that the impleading petition has been filed only to counter the averments made in the writ petition, but still in view of the fact that all the facts are to be placed before this Court before deciding the writ petition, it would only be appropriate that the petition has to be allowed. This petition stands allowed.
3.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title showing the petitioners herein as the 7th and 8th respondents in the writ petition.
