This Civil Revision Petition is directed as against the order and decretal order passed in I.A.No.15775 of 2006 in O.S.No.4552 of 2006 dated 10.07.2007 on the file of III Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issuance in the main suit itself settlement between the parties and therefore, nothing survives in this case.
