ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions, Judge, Salem in Crl.M.P.No.3394 of 2025 dated 19.12.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent persons and they were granted anticipatory bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem in Crl.M.P.No.2846 of 2025 on 14.10.2025 with certain conditions. However, petitioners failed to comply with the conditions and subsequently moved a petition seeking modification, which was dismissed on 19.12.2025. Learned counsel further submitted that after the dismissal of the modification petition, the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions and prayed for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police also confirmed that after dismissal of the modification petition, the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions.
4. Considering the fact that petitioners are compliance with the conditions, and other aspects of this case, the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem in Crl.MP.No.3394 of 2025 dated 19.12.2025 is set aside. The conditions imposed in Crl.MP.No.2846 of 2025 dated 14.10.2025 with a condition to appear and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Attur daily at 10.00 a.m., except holidays, until further orders (for a minimum period of 30 days), is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands ordered.
