These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 2270 days in seeking the abatement caused by the death of the first respondent, to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the first respondent and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent.

2. M/s.R.Meenal, learned counsel for the respondents 5 to 8 has no serious objection to allow these petitions.

3.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed along with the above petitions. 4.Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed and consequently, the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title in the Second Appeal.

5. M/s.R.Meenal, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the proposed respondents. Post the Second Appeal under the caption "for arguments" on 06.02.2020.
