ORDER

Seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the F.I.R., based on the petitioner's complaint dated 16.02.2015 and investigate the same properly and to file final report as contemplated under law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.146/2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.146/2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
