Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take action to dispose of the Petitioner's representation dated 31.12.2019 and 14.10.2020 and 06.01.2021 submitted with regard to survey the petitioner's land by meets and bounds, to an extent of hectares 0.67.0 (Acre 1.66 cents), vide patta No.37, comprised in Old survey No.215/A3, 215/B3, 214/A3 & New Survey No.221/4 and the present Re-survey & New survey No.221/4B, hectares 0.33.70(Acre 0.83 1⁄4 ) in Ariyappampalayam village, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District, by making property sub-division.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take action to dispose of the Petitioner's representation dated 31.12.2019 and 14.10.2020 and 06.01.2021 submitted with regard to survey the petitioner's land by meets and bounds, to an extent of hectares 0.67.0 (Acre 1.66 cents), vide patta No.37, comprised in Old survey No.215/A3, 215/B3, 214/A3 & New Survey No.221/4 and the present Re-survey & New survey No.221/4B, hectares 0.33.70(Acre 0.83 1⁄4 ) in Ariyappampalayam village, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District, by making property sub-division.

2.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader entered appearance for the respondents and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 12.05.2021 at 11.00 a.m at the office of the third respondent/Tahsildar. 3.The said statement of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the third respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks after the conclusion of the General Elections to the Legislative Assembly - 2021. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
