When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that complaint in STC.No.1375 of 2019 was dismissed for non appearance of the complainant and the accused was acquitted under Section 256 Cr.PC. In support of his submission, a copy 1/3

of the daily status report is also produced. It also confirms that the complaint was dismissed and the accused was acquitted on 06.02.2023.

2. In view of the dismissal of the complaint and acquittal of the accused, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
