ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) When the petitioner's wife, namely, Dhivya aged about 25 years and his daughter viz., Yogashree, aged about 5 years, had gone missing, he had given a complaint on 18.12.2023 before the second respondent police. Since the petitioner's wife and daughter could not be traced within a reasonable time, he has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. Today, when the matter was called, the petitioner, his wife and his daughter are physically present before us. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's wife had reconciled and joined with the petitioner and that they are living together cordially.

3. As such, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
