J U D G M E N T
This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is preferred against the judgment and decree dated 15.07.2015 made in G.W.O.P.No.17 of 2012 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge's Court, Ariyalur.

Heard, Mr.P.Valliappan, learned counsel for the appellants. There is no representation on behalf of the respondent.

The appellants along with the girl child appeared through video conference, the 1st appellant stated that he remarried and got one child through his 2nd marriage. 4.
But considering the welfare of the minor girl who was born to the daughter of the respondent herein, the grandfather / respondent also entitled to look after the minor girl child born through his deceased daughter.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the respondent along with his wife is given visitation rights to see his grand daughter who is in the custody of the appellants once in a week on every in the residence of the appellants without causing annoyance to the child. The respondent shall take the child outside with the consent of the appellants.

Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is ordered. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions is closed. No Costs.
