O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the order of the Principal Subordinate Judge's Court, Virudhachalam, in I.A.No. 223 of 2006 in unnumbered A.S.No.--- of 2006, dated 16.09.2008.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would submit that nothing survives in this civil revision petition as the first appeal itself dismissed in the Appellate Court.

3. In view of the same the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
