(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction on the Debts Recovery Tribunal-III, Chennai, to expeditiously dispose of the pending appeal in S.A.No.32 of 2020.

2. Looking into the nature of the prayer sought, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Debts Recovery Tribunal-III, Chennai, to see that the appeal is heard and disposed of within a time frame. It would, however, not be by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

ignoring the other pending appeals ripe for final hearing. However, if time permits and the present appeal is ripe for hearing, disposal may be expedited. The parties are directed to appear before the DRT on 01.03.2022, which is the next date of hearing fixed by the Tribunal. No costs.
