This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 358 of 2015 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent as well as the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent are present. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner, who was working with the 2nd respondent had taken away certain designs of jewellery and the same was sold to the competitors. He further submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.358 of 2015, the case was closed as 'mistake of fact' in the year 2017. The same was informed to the 2nd respondent. 4.The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent submitted that they are aware about the closure of the case, which was closed as 'mistake of fact'.

5.In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and hence, the same is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
