PRAYER IN CRP.NO.2509 OF 2007 This Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the Fair and Decreetal Order dated 23.01.2007 passed in I.A.No.12160 of 2006 in O.S.No.2626 of 1999 by the learned XV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

PRAYER IN CRP.NO.2510 OF 2007 This Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the Fair and Decreetal Order dated 23.01.2007 passed in I.A.No.18841 of 2005 in O.S.No.2626 of 1999 by the learned XV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.
