ORDER

Dr.S.Vimala, J., This petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking for production of his wife, by name, Padma.

2. Status report has been filed by the third respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced an order dated 04.01.2018, under which, proceedings have been taken for proclamation under Section 82(2)(i) of Cr.P.C; compliance report with respect to the publication of proclamation has been filed by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, 'Q' Branch CID, Dharmapuri Range on 27.11.2017; proclamation was publicly read by "tom-tom" in some conspicuous places of the area, where the accused Sathya Mary @ Padma was stated to be residing. It is further stated that the respondents are not able to trace out the detenue Padma and they are very much interested in executing Non-Bailable Warrant allegedly issued by the Court concerned.

4. Under such circumstances, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with a direction to the respondents to inform the petitioner/husband with regard to the execution of Non-Bailable Warrant as and when Non-Bailable Warrant is executed.
