Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 2nd respondent impugned seniority list in Ref.No.Ku.a.No.24503/Nir.2/Asst.1/2012-2 dated 18.04.2012 of Foreman I Grade and quash the same and so far as the petitioner concerned, consequently direct the 2nd respondent to recast the said seniority list. When the matter is taken for consideration, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that during the pendency of this writ petition, the respondent board has issued revised seniority list dated 28.08.2014 bearing reference:
F.M.vz;.035836/epu;.1/c.3/nfh/K/K/ep/jFjp njh;t[ gl;oay;/2014, whereby, the petitioners herein were placed above the private respondents in the
said seniority list and the said proceedings also is stated to have been given effect by the respondent board on 01.12.2014.
2. In view of the same, the cause in this writ petition does not survive. In case if the petitioners or the private respondents are aggrieved by the said proceedings dated 28.08.2014, then they are at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
