ORDER

While disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.39516 of 2016, by order dated 16.11.2016, this Court directed the respondents to consider the

representation of the petitioner in the light of the orders of the 3rd respondent in Proc.Pa.Mu.No.2560/A1/2013, dated 03.07.2013 and Na.Ka.No.3993/A1/2014, dated 25.09.2014 and to pass orders within a period of four weeks.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 16.11.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that in compliance with the order of this Court, the 3rd respondent has passed an order dated 27.03.2017 rejecting the claim of the petitioner. He has also produced a copy of the order passed by the 3rd respondent.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order passed by the 3rd respondent in the manner known to law, if he so desires. 09.02.2018 ssv
